Refund Policy
ABYHA membership is open to children from towns of Acton, Boxborough, Harvard and Bolton. The registration fee of $30.00 paid on line and $200.00 tryout/first payment fee is nonrefundable. If you have any questions regarding your child’s status, please contact the Director of Finance or the Director of Registration. Upon notification of your child’s initial team placement, each member will be issued their July bill. If the second payment is not received by August 15th the player will not be placed on the official roster. In addition, a late fee of $25.00 is charged for payments received 30 days past the due date. If a check deposited in our account is returned for insufficient funds, the account will be assessed a $15 charge to cover the fee ABYHA is charged by the bank. Late payment may result in a player being suspended/and or automatically withdrawn from the program. Any member wishing to withdraw from the program must do so in writing to the director of Registration.
NO REFUND WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
